2010 Community Development Projects
Every donation is important
Our philosophy is to maximize every donor’s contribution by directing as much as possible into high impact aid projects. We continue to direct more than 90% of all donations to projects that directly benefit the impoverished people of Sumba. The balance pays the salaries of our administration and accounting staff, all of whom are Sumbanese.
Every donation is important, no matter what size. Our catalog of projects for next year allows you to provide direction over how your money is spent. By contributing towards a specific project or category you know exactly where your donation is going and how and who your donation will help.
You will receive a report from us about the progress and completion of your project. The report will include photos of the project and major projects receive a dedication plaque which personally connects you to the project and to the beneficiaries of your donation.
